How is your adopted pet doing? He is doing amazing! He seemed to instantly attach to me and quickly adjusted to our home. He has 2 sibling cats who where a bit confused by Henry’s arrival. Raven loves when she has company come over and always steals the show. We all are lucky and glad to have Raven in the house. She completes our little fur family.

Pet’s AARF Name: Smokey
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Tigger
How is your adopted pet doing? Tigger is doing great. His personality was exactly what I was looking for. He is with me almost 24 hours a day. Tuesday thru Saturday he comes to work with me. Although I can’t say that he loves riding in a car, I can say that he does not seem to mind it. We took a trip to Maine in the last half of May, first part of June in my motorhome. After a few hours I was able to let him have the run of the motorhome. Once he found his prefered spot to ride, he would come by to check on me about every hour or so.
My customers love him as well. He genuinely likes people and will let most people pet him. There are a few that he wants nothing to do with. At the rate he is growing I have no idea how big he will get. At only 9 months old, he already weighs over 12 pounds. He is the greatest and so lovable.
Asleep on my legs. He can’t fit on my lap anymore.

The footstool is 20 inches wide. He is soooo big and still growing.

Pet’s AARF Name: Decker
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Shaka
How is your adopted pet doing? Shaka is the funnest, coolest little spitfire that ever graced a home! EVERYONE is in love with him! He loves going out in the boat and jumping off the bow….he’s fearless! The element that truly impresses me–and it has sooooo much to do with the rescue service–is that he naturally expects that everyone he meets will be kind to him. He wasn’t even afraid of the fireworks over the 4th of July! Thank you AARF for enriching our lives!!!

How is your adopted pet doing? Lola is doing great! She has come a long way since her adoption. She now loves our whole family and gets very excited when they come to visit. She has also become a foster big sister for many different puppies this year and enjoys teaching them how to play tug of war. Thank you for letting Lola become a part of our family.
