How is your adopted pet doing? She is a wonderful little dog, who is very loving and very intelligent. Stella spends the day with us whether at home or in the car.
We did follow up with our Vet concerning her hip injury. We learned that she has multiple fractures and we are working with our Vet to care for those injuries.
Thank for the work you do to find homes for these pets.

Happy Tails For Rocky
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: March 2020
Pet’s AARF Name: Rocky
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Lucky
How is your adopted pet doing? Lucky is doing so well! He’s learned so much, it’s hard to believe it’s only been 2 1/2 months since he’s been here. He’s still shy and skittish around people he doesn’t know, but he’s made lots of friends (two and four-legged ones) in the neighborhood. He and I have bonded, and although he doesn’t fully trust me 100% of the time, I am able to let him off the leash to run around a bit in the back yard. I changed his name because “lucky” is how I feel to have him!
Happy Tails For Bosco
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: May 2019
Pet’s AARF Name: Bosco
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Bosco
How is your adopted pet doing? Bosco is adjusting to his new home nicely! He has plenty of room to run both in and outside the house with his older brother, Wyatt. He loves being with mom and dad and tends to follow them wherever they go in the house. He’s a little mischievous, loves to chew on socks (but in his defense his dad shouldn’t be leaving them on the floor anyway!) We are so happy to have Bosco as part of the family

Happy Tails For Shortstop
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: May 7th 2020
Pet’s AARF Name: Shortstop
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Dottie
How is your adopted pet doing? Dottie is an amazing little kitten. She was timid for a few hours, but it did not take her long to survey her new home. Usually, we’ve seen pets hide for days, especially since we have three dogs in the house. Dottie loves her Auntie Skitters and likes to pester her Uncle Zeke. She knows better than to mess with Cousin Bubbles too much, but still steps on her head on occasion. She is an excellent addition to the family!
