Happy Tails For Snow

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: 3/20/2021
Pet’s AARF Name: Snow
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Chloe
How is your adopted pet doing? Dear aarf Family,
Chloe, formerly known as Snow, wanted us to let everyone there know how well she is doing with her new family.
She made herself right at home and won everyone’s hearts the very first day! She is just precious, and we love her so much!
She and beagle brother Benny, were instant besties! They chase each other around the back yard wrestle, play tug a war with sticks, nap together, and sleep with mom and dad every night. They each were just what the other needed in a play mate. He has definitely helped with her separation anxiety.
Chloe also has cat sister Luka, and cat brother Louie, who love to bird watch and nap with her. We admire her respect and calmness with the cats, and they do too!
We are so thankful to have been chosen to be Chloe’s forever family, and feel blessed every day to wake up to her sweet little face and kisses. She was the missing puzzle piece for this family.
Special thanks to her Foster mom Anna, and her kindness throughout the adoption process.
Thank you all for the work you do to protect and find good homes for so many fur babies.
All the best to you in your mission to continue doing so.

Happy Tails For Millie

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: March 13, 2021
Pet’s AARF Name: Millie
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Molly
How is your adopted pet doing? Molly is doing awesomely well. Her and Arrow (our 3 year old Catahoula mix) are getting along and playing chase, hide and seek and ambush all the time. Her barking is minimal unlike Arrow which is a blessing. She has a ton of energy; loves water but unfortunately she also like mud, but since she actually likes baths this is easy to put up with. Even though she has started teething as her puppy teeth are falling out, she has not chewed up much more than toys and socks. She is growing like a weed putting on over 14 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks, so we think she will be a bit bigger than we originally thought, but all is good.

We have three kids, and she loves playing with them, and running with them through the yard. She also goes on runs with Eric, and hikes with the family. Happy Tails For Tinkerbell

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: April 9, 2020
Pet’s AARF Name: Tinkerbell
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Poppy
How is your adopted pet doing? Poppy has been with us a year, and we cannot imagine life without her. She was the best puppy; quickly house trained, rarely chewed things that weren’t dog toys, slept through the night by day 3, and a perfectly medium energy level. Her favorite thing in the world is playing with other dogs, and she has made tons friends around the neighborhood, at the dog park and in daycare. She also loves chewing on sticks, hunting insects and grubs, walks and hikes, playing with her stuffed squirrels and then snuggling on the couch at the end of a long day. We could not have asked for a better dog !
