Happy Tails For Chi Chi
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: September 2016
Pet’s AARF Name: Chi Chi
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Chi Chi
How is your adopted pet doing? Chi Chi has been an absolute joy to have as a part of our family. She made herself at home right away. Her most favorite thing to do is chase squirrels and play with her dog brother Diego. She keeps Diego in check especially with their toys. She guards my food from him while I’m eating and she loves to snuggle…but on her own terms.
Happy Tails For Hemsley
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: April 2016
Pet’s AARF Name: Hemsley
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Hemsley
How is your adopted pet doing? Hemsley is such a blessing. When I saw his picture I knew he was mean for me, I had graduated from a 6 month rehab for drug addiction and was just settling into my new home and new job at a horse barn. I had been looking for a puppy for sometime at different rescues and hadn’t found any perfect fits. Hemsley was in the process of being adopted when I contacted you, but he was the only one I felt a spark for in the litter. A few days later I saw an email that his adoption fell through and I asked if he was available still. I didn’t respond fast enough so yet again he was in the process of being adopted. It was meant to be because his second adoption fell through and I spent every last penny I had to get him to New Hampshire with me! Hemsley is a sweet, kind, gentle soul and he loves coming to work with me every day. He can tell when I am feeling down and he comes rite to me when I need him the most. He learned all his tricks in one night because he is that smart and he is the best running buddie I could ask for. Car rides to Vermont to visit my family are easy because he loves the car and loves all other dogs when we visit! Thank you so much for giving me my best friend. A true best friend who licks tears right from my face.

Happy Tails For Wylie
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: Feb 2017
Pet’s AARF Name: Wylie
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Timber
How is your adopted pet doing? Timber makes our family complete! He is the happiest dog I know, always smiling and wiggling around. We were nervous at first since we have cats, but he does great with them and loves them. Lori and Cherryl worked with me, answered all my questions, and helped make the overall process easy. Thank you AARF, we love having Timber make the days brighter!
Happy Tails For River!!!
When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: 2/5/2017
Pet’s AARF Name: River
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): River
How is your adopted pet doing? Its been interesting, River is really special. He loves to snuggle. He loves to play. He is very, very protective. He has some small issues, but we’re working on them daily. Bottom line is that we think he loves it here & we love having him.
