How is your adopted pet doing? Scruffy is such a joy to have in our family ! We drove down from Mt. Sterling , KY to get Scruffy. We have had him a month now and he is almost house broken. I have taught him to ring a bell on the door when he wants to go potty. He is very smart and caught on to his lessons quickly. The first week I had him sitting and giving his paw. His newest trick is fetching the ball and catching it in the air. He and our current dog, Rosie, get along great and are wonderful playmates. They run in the backyard together and play in the house as well. It’s great for Rosie because she was getting a little chubby and needed some exercise!
He sleeps at the end of our bed and just loves to snuggle with my husband and I in the evening while we watch tv. Nancy Donadio was his foster Mom and she was so easy to work with as was everyone at AARF. What a great Rescue !
