Happy Tails For Legend

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: December 7th, 2019
Pet’s AARF Name: Legend
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Legend
How is your adopted pet doing? Legend is the best addition to our family! He loves his doggie sister, Sabelle, and he has an amazing personality. He always wants to follow his people around and he has surely learned that he has a big boy bark! Legend is attentive and has learned how to “sit”. He fits right in and we could not be happier with our boy. The adoption process was thorough and painless as well. We are grateful to Kris and A.A.R.F for taking such good care of Legend before he found his place in our hearts and home!

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: A month ago
Pet’s AARF Name: Caliban
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Pete
How is your adopted pet doing? He is doing AMAZING! He is the sweetest addition to our family. I lost one of my sweet baby’s to cancer earlier this year, so Petey has just fit right in with the three others! I just love him SO much! We are back in MN now, very cold, but we keep each other warm. ❤

Happy Tails For Willa

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: 11-7-2019
Pet’s AARF Name: Willa
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Becky Thatcher/ “Cat”cher
How is your adopted pet doing? Becky is doing fine and is up to 5 lbs. Has had some sneezing that she is being treated for at Best Friends. She and our dogs (2-Beagle blends) are doing perfectly together. Becky is such a lovable kitty and sometimes acts just like our dogs; begs at the table and refrigerator, sleeps in bed with us, etc. We are so happy we adopted her. She is such a joy to just watch. We were hesitate at first because we are older (70 & 85) and concerned about Becky long term. Your promise to re-home her if necessary, sealed the deal. Thank you for the work you do and thanks to all foster parents especially Karen Vaden for caring for Becky so lovingly.

Pet’s AARF Name: Xena

How is your adopted pet doing? Remi is doing wonderful! It was a slow go at first. She had become shy after a week with us (I think she might have been missing her foster family) But now she has become part of our family and she is enjoying us and we are her!!

Happy Tails For Barney Fife

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: Last month
Pet’s AARF Name: Barney Fife
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): No change
How is your adopted pet doing? Barney is a boisterous boy but still very loveable. I may have to put him in training because he is so young and I am so old that he may cause a small problem in my handling him. He is a wonderful companion overall and provides happiness for me

Happy Tails For Belle and Mister

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: 2 months ago?
Pet’s AARF Name: Belle and Mister

Happy Tails For Goldie

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: Nov. 2, 2019
Pet’s AARF Name: Goldie
Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Harley
How is your adopted pet doing? Harley (Goldie) is doing awesome! We really couldn’t ask for a better addition to our family. She’s got a ton of energy, and it’s been great trying to keep up with her. It’s funny, she’s so fast that the only photos I have of her is when she’s tired or occupied with a toy. Every time I try to take a picture of her playing, it just ends up being a blur. We just couldn’t be happier with her. She’s perfect.
