Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Annabelle

How is your adopted pet doing?

Annabelle has been a true blessing to our family. Within 10 minutes of being in our home, she and our other pup Charley were inseparable. She is the sweetest, gentlest, loving little girl. She completed our family and we are grateful for her and for AARF.

Happy Tails For Peggy

When did you adopt your pet from AARF?: March 2017

Pet’s AARF Name: Peggy

Pet’s New Name (if you changed it): Sadie

How is your adopted pet doing?Sadie is absolutely delightful. Her behavior and temperament were perfect from the get go. She loves to race around the yard, fetch, take long walks, and sit near anyone if they’re working. She’s already jumping through hula hoops and over fences. She is an undetermined mix but we’re pretty sure that Aussie/jack Russell fits her to a tee. She loves all the other 4 legged neighbors and 2 legged people. We feel very blessed to have found her.

How is your adopted pet doing? Roscoe is doing wonderful. He is such a smart dog. We are about to start training school to correct his tugging behavior and his barking at other dogs (mild problem). The trainer thinks he may make a great therapy dog and since I am a hospice nurse who visit people in their homes this would be an amazing benefit for all. I love this guy. Did I mention he is a VERY SMART dog. We have already been on vacation. He is a great addition to this family.
